Robert Lee Martial Arts offers exciting and dynamic training for the mind, body and spirit. Our Teen Program provides a great opportunity for boys and girls to become more physically fit, maintain a healthy, positive outlook and to have a great time with other people who also enjoy these pursuits.

Self-Defense:
Robert Lee Martial Arts offers a street-smart system that incorporates the best of techniques and principles from a variety of Martial Arts styles including Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilain Jiu Jitsu and weapons. Each of these Martial Arts are combined to provide our students with a comprehensive self-defense system designated to instill confidence in virtually any self-defense situation.

Physical Fitness:
Our program is a total fitness package combining Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Endurance and Flexibility. We incorporate the latest exercise physiology, which assists in the development of strength, endurance, balance, and co-ordination. These important fitness qualities will help you increase strength, tone muscle, lose fat, strengthen your heart and lungs and increase your energy levels as you go through your day.

Goal Setting:
It is important for children to learn to set goals. At Robert Lee Martial Arts, every child’s ultimate goal is to achieve a rank of Black Belt. The Black Belt is a symbol of excellence in Martial Arts and an important tool for Instructors and Parents to use for developing desire, perseverance, and for teaching the importance of following through in any activity. Young people are taught at Robert Lee that through dedicated, intense work, all worthwhile goals in life are possible.

Lifestyle:
Consistent with the unique history and practice of the Martial Arts, our core curriculum includes high-energy drills designed to build and hone self-control, self-discipline, perseverance, self-confidence and positive thinking. Through positive coaching we instill confidence and develop skills in personal development as well as build your personal knowledge in maintaining your health and fitness.
